How far in advance should we book?

For weddings, we recommend booking 9–12 months in advance, especially for peak season dates (May–October). Corporate events and social gatherings typically book 6–8 weeks out. Contact us early — our calendar fills quickly.

Do you offer in-person tastings?

Yes. For wedding and large event bookings, we offer private tasting sessions where you can experience proposed menu items firsthand. Tastings are typically scheduled after an initial consultation and menu planning session.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies?

Absolutely. Our multi-ethnic chef team is experienced with vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, kosher, halal, nut-free, and most other dietary requirements. Share your guest list's needs during consultation and we'll design accordingly.

What's your minimum guest count?

There's no hard minimum for most events. We serve intimate gatherings of 20 as comfortably as galas of 500+. For Gourmet To-Go and box lunch orders, minimums depend on the package. Get in touch and we'll figure out what works.

Do you handle setup, service, and breakdown?

Yes — full service is what Ladyfingers is known for. Our team arrives early to set up, provides professional on-site service throughout your event, and handles complete breakdown and cleanup. You host. We handle everything else.

What areas do you serve around Louisville?

We're based at 12901 Old Henry Road in Louisville (40223) and serve the greater Louisville metro area including Oldham County, Shelby County, and surrounding counties. For larger events, we can discuss extended service areas. Call us at 502-245-7734 to confirm your venue.
